War is usually told through battles, generals and shifting front lines.
But now an exhibition asks what happens when you lower your perspective to a child’s height. Sometimes literally, as a new exhibition at the Imperial War Museum looks at how war affects children and childhood, including refugees, evacuations, play, and education.
And puts some of the labels at a child’s height.The exhibition relies heavily on reconstructed environments to draw visitors in. There’s a Second
