Leicester Square car park could make way for homes, hotel and rooftop bar

A 1960s multi-storey car park and residential tower, Huguenot House, just around the corner from Leicester Square, could be replaced by a larger residential tower and hotel, with no car park.

The site is owned by Westminster Council, which has been working on redevelopment plans since 2017, with consultations in 2017 and 2021, and a contract finally awarded to Altius Real Estate in 2025.
