London Cable Car marks 20 millionth passenger with prize draw

London’s cable car has carried its 20 millionth passenger, just over 14 years after it opened in 2012, with the milestone being marked by a competition offering one winner free travel for the next 20 years.The prize is a “Golden Ticket” valid for either one-way or return journeys on the Thames crossing. The competition runs until 16th August, with entries accepted by scanning a QR code at either cable car terminal or through TfL’s online entry page.
