The Bald Range wildfire in Summerland grew over 2,000 hectares in 24 hours as it continues to rage unabated.The latest update from the BC Wildfire Service puts the fire at an estimated 17,809 hectares in size as of Aug. 11, up from the 15,590 it was estimated at on Aug. 10.The fire grew overnight thanks to dry conditions and clearer skies.Winds are expected to shift to northeasterly, becoming northwesterly by the evening, with gusts up to 20 km/h before calmer conditions devel
