Burned pig among animals saved from Okanagan wildfires

While people have been able to escape the wildfires burning on Westside, most have been forced to leave their animals behind.
“My family had less than five minutes to leave, my youngest not even able to grab her shoes. The field next to us caught fire. My horses were turned loose,” said Devyn McMillan.“I’m glad my family made it out but devastated my horses and cat are running wild around the flames.”
