Portsmouth picks ECF for 2,300-home city centre regeneration

Portsmouth City Council has picked ECF as its preferred regeneration partner for the next phase of its City Centre North redevelopment.
The deal could pave the way for one of the south coast’s biggest mixed-use regeneration schemes on a large former car park site once home to the now-demolished Tricorn shopping centre in the heart of the city.
