Bridgestone starts building first Trafford Waters high rise

Bridgestone Construction has started work on the first high-rise residential scheme at the Trafford Waters site in Manchester after securing Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator.
The £37m Anchor Residency will be a 208-home apartment development across eight and 13-storey buildings  located within regeneration specialist Peel Waters’ wider Trafford Waters district.
