No injuries reported in Sombra house fire: St. Clair Township Fire Department

A fire Wednesday caused an estimated $300,000 damage to a house on Water Street in Sombra, says the St. Clair Township Fire Department.Firefighters saw heavy smoke and flames coming from the building when they arrived, the department said in a news release.No residents or firefighters were injured, it said.“The fire proved challenging due to its deep-seated nature and its extension into concealed spaces and the roof structure, making access and extinguishment difficult,” Fire Chief
