Kingston Police seek driver after cyclist struck in hit-and-run

Kingston Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run collision with a cyclist on June 24.According to police, the collision happened around 1:45 p.m. at the intersection of Montreal Street and Drennan Street.
