Staff at Millhaven Institution seized a package containing $77,000 worth of contraband on Tuesday, Correctional Service Canada says.Inside the package was tobacco, marijuana, “shatter” cannabis concentrate, hashish, and cellphones and accessories, the CSC release stated.CSC uses items such as ion scanners and detector dogs to prevent drugs from entering the institution.
