Kingston Police have arrested and charged an individual following multiple calls from concerned residents.According to police, the incident took place on May 30 shortly before 5:30 p.m.Police were called to the area of Princess Street and Barrie Street where an individual was said to be assaulting members the public, along with causing significant damage inside a local business.Police were able to locate the 28-year old suspect nearby, who was transported to Kingston Police headquarters and hel
