ND 17 OPEN at the Red River

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) has opened ND Hwy 17 east of Grafton at the Red River. Water has receded from the roadway and MnDOT has opened MN Hwy. 317.   Start Date: 5/21/2019 3:30:00 PM
