ND 17 CLOSED at the Red River

NDDOT reminds motorists that ND Hwy 17 east of Grafton at the Red River remains CLOSED due to flooding and MNDOT has CLOSED Hwy 317 at the Red River. The roadways will remain CLOSED until water levels recede and inspections can be made to the road and bridge.   Start Date: 5/20/2019 8:30:00 AM
