Hwy 54 OPEN I-29 to MN border

NDDOT has OPENED Highway 54 from I-29 east to the Minnesota border as water has receded from the roadway.The load restriction on Hwy 54 from I-29 to the MN border will be reduced to 7 tons until further notice due to weak subgrades caused by the flood water.According to Minnesota DOT Hwy 1 through Oslo has been reopened with a 5-ton weight limit in effect and Hwy 220 north of Oslo, remains closed between Highway 1 (Oslo) and Highway 11 (Robin).   Start Date: 4/23/2019 5:00:00 PM
