Plan in for 53-storey Birmingham build to rent tower

London-based Bluecastle Capital has lodged plans for a 53-storey build to rent tower that would bring 729 homes to Birmingham city centre.
It would be Birmingham’s tallest building alongside 172m-tall Curzon Wharf scheme, which secured approval three years ago but has not moved to construction.
