Orbit unveils £1.4bn long-term housing works pipeline

Social landlord Orbit has launched one of the biggest long-term housing maintenance and new build procurements to hit the market this year.
The housing association is seeking contractors for a £1.4bn programme covering planned investment, remediation and major projects across its housing stock.
