Shareholders back Algoma Steel's slate of directors

The full slate of nominees for Algoma Steel’s board of directors was approved by shareholders at an annual general meeting on Tuesday.Nearly 60 million votes were cast with Mary Anne Bueschkens, Sean Donnelly, James Gouin, Andy Harshaw, Rajat Marwah, Sanjay Nakra, Melinda Newman, Eric Rosenfeld and Gale Rubenstein all getting backed by shareholders, the company says.
