The owner of one of Sault Ste. Marie’s largest shopping plazas is considering its options after an unsolicited purchase offer. Axia Real Assets is offering $5.28 per unit of Plaza Retail REIT. Its nearly 200 assets in Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada includes Metro Plaza on Norhtern Avenue East.
