Man flees into home on Charles Street

A stranger was in a home in the 500 block of Parliament Avenue on Aug. 11, police say.The male suspect is also accused of refusing to return property to its owner on Aug. 7. He also fled inside a residence in the 500 block of Charles Street and refused to exit when police found him on Aug. 13. A warrant was obtained. The male was arrested.
