The impaired novice driver who fatally hit a teen driving an ebike on Easter Sunday in 2025 should be jailed for seven years, the Crown argued Thursday.Prosecutor David Parke said Gregory Parise decided to get behind the wheel of a pickup truck after drinking at a time he was supposed to be off the road.
