ChildCan ready for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and the not-for-profit organization ChildCan is ensuring that help is there for families who need it during extremely difficult times.Childhood cancer is the number one cause of death by disease of Canadian children, with the incidence rate of childhood cancer in Ontario increasing by approximately 1 per cent each year, according to data from ChildCan from 1986-2018.Amy Mathias, Community Engagement and Communications Associate with ChildCan, s
