4-H students show off beloved animals in 168th Lucas County Fair

Lily Phillips has always had a connection with white jumbo pekin ducks.“They’re my favorite. I’ve always had a love for them. They’re such unique creatures,” the 18-year-old from Maumee said Sunday inside the Junior Fair livestock barn at the Lucas County Fair.
