Franklin Circuit Court indictments (Sept. 22)

The following people were indicted by a Franklin Circuit Court grand jury on Tuesday:
• Brandon L. Tincher, 42, of Frankfort, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first offense, a Class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
• Steven T. Shouse, 26, of Frankfort, third-degree assault (police officer or probation officer), third-degree assault (healthcare provider), and first-degree wanton endangerment, all Class D felonies;
