Capital Avenue Bridge work to be done by November

Though the majority of the construction cones and equipment are gone from the Capital Avenue Bridge, work continues underneath the structure and is expected to wrap up by November.
Office of Emergency Management Director Ray Kinney said the “highly visible” project has been very successful on his end.
“They’re working underneath on the Rebecca Ruth side and also on the Blanton’s Landing side,” he told the Board of Commissioners at Monday’s meeting. &ldqu
