Mace to restart £200m Oxford labs job after design rethink

Mace is gearing up to restart work on a major Oxford research project after a design rethink will force parts of the already-built structure to be demolished.
The contractor’s £200m Daubeny Buildings scheme at Oxford Science Park was put on hold last October after the Ellison Institute of Technology acquired the site midway through construction and decided to overhaul the original Scott Brownrigg design.
