Legendre wins Vauxhall Premier Inn contract

Legendre UK has been appointed by Premier Inn owner Whitbread as main contractor for an office-to-hotel conversion in Vauxhall.
Work will convert the 10-storey, 80,000 sq ft former office called Phoenix House opposite Vauxhall Station into a 180-bedroom Premier Inn.
