Plans to turn Pinner pub into nursery refused over traffic and noise concerns

Plans to turn a Pinner pub into a nursery have been refused by Harrow Council over concerns including traffic, noise and the loss of the existing public house.
The application concerned the former The Starling Pub, aka Sync Bar, on Rickmansworth Road, close to Pinner Green. It sought permission to change the use of the existing building from a pub to a nursery. No external alterations were proposed as part of the application.
