Plans for South Harrow home for children with autism and learning difficulties
Plans have been submitted to use a four-bedroom house in South Harrow as a residential children’s home for young people with autism and learning difficulties.
The application relates to a property on Roxeth Green Avenue and seeks a Lawful Development Certificate to change the use of the property from a dwellinghouse, known as Class C3, to a residential institution under Class C2.
