Air ambulance called to ‘serious’ collision on Clamp Hill

A serious collision has closed Clamp Hill in both directions this afternoon, with long traffic delays building across parts of Stanmore and Harrow Weald.
The incident happened on Monday afternoon, September 28, close to the junction with Common Road. The road is currently closed in both directions due to the collision.
An air ambulance is understood to have landed in a nearby field and the incident is thought to be serious. Details of any injuries have not yet been confirmed.
