Former Fenwick New Bond Street redevelopment unveils first look at new luxury stores

The transformation of Fenwick’s former New Bond Street flagship has been unveiled to shoppers for the first time, offering a glimpse of the luxury retail spaces set to open in 2027.
Investor and developer Lazari has wrapped the Mayfair development in Emerging Forms, a 120-metre-long and 24-metre-high artwork by British artist Hugo Dalton, which depicts the building’s planned two-storey shopfronts.
