Applications open for EVFS rental units in Sparwood

The Elk Valley Family Society (EVFS) is now accepting applications for Timber’s Landing Phase 2, a new rental housing development located at 441 Pine Avenue in Sparwood, right next door to the original Timber’s Landing building.
Prospective tenants can expect move-in beginning early to mid-February.
Timber’s Landing Phase 2 will offer one, two and three-bedroom suites for individuals and families, with a mix of market rental, Rent Geared to Income (RGI), and Deep Discount (DD)
