BB gun pointed at person in Sault's west end

A BB gun was pointed at someone at a business in the 600 block of Second Line West on Aug. 23, police say.A suspect was found on Fairview Avenue. A BB gun and related ammunition were allegedly located in the vehicle driven by the suspect.Jayvyn Battle, 20, was charged with pointing a firearm,possession of weapon for dangerous purpose and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
