Saskatoon's river safety buoys back in place

A search is still underway for 32-year-old Adan Vargas Salvador, who has been missing since police received reports of a watercraft in distress near the weir in the South Saskatchewan River. A line of warning buoys that was damaged and not in place at the time has been reinstalled.
