Opposition continues to criticize Sask.'s new daycare funding model

Parents and child-care operators are already feeling the effects of the Saskatchewan government's pending adjustments to daycare funding, according to the province's Opposition. The change will modify the grant provided to daycares to cover the gap between the actual cost of a placement and the $10-a-day cost to parents.
