Alleged voyeur arrested at University of Sask. convocation

A man is charged with voyeurism after complaints stemming from a University of Saskatchewan convocation ceremony at Merlis Belsher Place in Saskatoon. Shortly before noon Thursday, multiple people told police a man was taking inappropriate photos of women without their consent.
