Wallaceburg man charged in child exploitation investigation going to trial

A Wallaceburg man will have his day in court after being charged by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) with luring a minor.Kevin McCord, 49, will be tried on July 5 and 6, 2027 in Chatham court.The OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Unit searched a home in Wallaceburg on March 5 as part of a child sexual exploitation investigation and seized several electronic devices from the home.McCord was arrested and charged with luring a person under 18 and luring a person under 16.
