Lambton County wants its residents’ concerns heard when the province considers environmental approvals for a Toronto-area company’s plan to reopen a landfill site just over the county line near Dresden.York1 Environmental Waste Solutions has said it plans to reopen a landfill and operate a recycling and waste facility at 29831 Irish School Rd., about two kilometres from the border with Lambton.The county’s concerns include the impact of trucks travelling south from Highway 402
