Businesses at a Fredericton block clogged by construction join forces to draw customers

Five Fredericton businesses, all near the same intersection, will spend the summer shrouded by construction. But in anticipation of the summer street closure, the businesses decided to collaborate with their competitors to try to bring in customers.
