How a Saint John woman's wait time for hip surgery went from years to months

When Lynne Kaine injured her hip a local specialist told her it could be two years before she could get replacement surgery in Saint John. But it only took three months in Campbellton, thanks to a new Horizon Health program designed to cut down on wait times.
