UPDATE: First responders respond to Nanaimo Regional General Hospital after construction worker injured

Nanaimo Fire Rescue, police and B.C. Ambulance Service were on the scene at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital for a rescue incident.
First responders were called out to the cancer centre construction site just before noon on Wednesday, Sept. 16.
According to John MacKenzie, Nanaimo Fire Rescue assistant chief of operations, it involved a man who was working at the site.
