Structurally unsafe Vancouver Island highrise slated to be demolished

After looming over downtown Langford for several years, the doomed 11-storey highrise development Ridgeview Place (also known as Danbrook One) is to be demolished.
The building’s owner, Centurion Properties, said Sept. 15 it had made the decision to tear down the building after “an extensive review of the available options.”
