LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Cyclists have the same responsibilities as drivers

To the editor,
I would like to remind drivers that under the B.C. Motor Vehicle Act cyclists have the same rights and responsibilities as motor vehicles.
I state this as a cyclist who is frequently heckled from passing vehicles for riding on the road even though there is an adjacent bike path.
