An icon in Canadian children’s music will be headlining entertainment at Nanaino Silly Boat Regatta.
Fred Penner, who is a four-time Juno Award winner, best known for his hit The Cat Came Back as well as his long-running CBC TV series Fred Penner’s Place, was announced as the headline entertainer for the 40th Nanaimo Silly Boat Regatta in a media release by Nanaimo Child Development Centre on May 28.
