Four new wildfires north of Gold River

Four wildfires each measuring approximately 0.009 hectares have been discovered north of Gold River on Aug. 13.
The wildfires are in proximity to one another, with one located between Gold Muchalat Park and Strathcona Park. The other 3 wildfires are located north of Gold Muchulat Park.
All four wildfires are currently listed as “out of control” on BC Wildfire Service. The cause of the fires is currently under investigation.
