Duende Libre to perform at Simonholt Restaurant in Nanaimo

A trio of musicians who specialize in “global music” will be performing at Nanaimo’s Simonholt Restaurant.Duende Libre are an award-winning jazz trio, which celebrates the connections between global rhythms from Cuba, Brazil as well as the Mediterranean with the American jazz tradition, according to Quadwrangle Music.
The band, which will be performing at Simonholt Restaurant on Oct. 4 at 7:30 p.m., consists of keyboardist Alex Chadsey, bassist Farko Dosumov, and percussionist
