COLUMN: Motorcyclists should wear proper equipment

I’m always amazed when I come across motorcyclists who drive around wearing shorts, T-shirts and sandals during hot summer days.

What’s surprising to me is that many of them wear full-face helmets, which is always a good idea, but don’t seem to have enough common sense to wear protective clothing on the rest of their bodies.
