Cedar Bike Pump Track opens to the public

A new bike-pump track has opened near the Cedar Community Secondary School in memory of a late member of the BMX community.
The Cedar Bike Pump Track had been officially opened to the public on Monday, Aug. 31.
The track was completed by the Stevie Smith Legacy Foundation, with donations from local businesses, in honour of Mike Davidson, a long-time BMX executive and chief operating officer with the Nanaimo Port Authority. Several relatives of Davidson attended the opening.
