Concerns for Montrealers with reduced mobility as streets close for major cycling races

A section of Park Avenue, between des Pins and Mont-Royal avenues, has been closed from Sept. 5 until Oct. 4 for the UCI Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal and the Road World Championships. The City of Montreal says adapted transit can still access closed-off zones, but advocates argue the setup creates further barriers.
