After stop-and-go process, Royal West students have a crossing guard again

A crossing guard returned Tuesday to the busy Montreal West intersection where Royal West Academy students have been hit by cars in the past. Parents had pushed for the guard to be reinstated after planned roadwork was delayed over the summer.
