Downtown Kingston strikes a chord with new public art installation

Downtown Kingston is set to become an open-air showcase of music and art this summer with the launch of Play Me Kingston, a new public art initiative featuring 10 custom-designed guitar sculptures throughout the city’s downtown core.According to a news release, the installations will be created by local and regional artists and will celebrate Kingston’s rich musical heritage, marking the 10th anniversary of The Tragically Hip’s final concert and the inaugural RoadTrip Music Fe
